Account & Registration

Registration is free. Click the Register button at the top of any page, fill in your details — including a valid email address and a Philippine mobile number — set a strong password, and confirm you are at least 21 years old. Once submitted, you will receive a verification message to activate your account.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on 635jl. This is a firm requirement. Age verification is part of the account setup process, and accounts found to be underage are subject to immediate closure.

No. Each player is allowed only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is not permitted. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, use the account recovery process or contact support at [email protected].

Log in to your account and visit your profile or account settings page. You can update your contact details, mobile number, and password. For changes to identity information — such as your name or date of birth — you will need to go through a KYC verification step as these are tied to your account security and withdrawal eligibility.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is an identity verification process that confirms you are who you say you are. 635jl uses KYC to protect player accounts, prevent fraud, and ensure withdrawals go to the correct person. Completing KYC is required before you can process your first withdrawal. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued ID valid in the Philippines.
Login & Security

On the Login page, use the password recovery option. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address. If you no longer have access to that email, contact the support team directly. You will need to verify your identity through the details on your account before any changes can be made.

OTP (one-time password) verification is a security layer that protects your account even if your password is exposed. The code is sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. If you are not receiving OTPs, check that your registered number is correct, has mobile signal, and is not blocking messages from unknown senders.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait a few minutes and try again with the correct credentials. If the account remains locked, contact the support team at [email protected] with your registered email address to request an unlock review.

On a personal device only you use, saving credentials in a trusted password manager or your browser's built-in vault is generally safe. Avoid doing this on shared or public devices. For the strongest protection, always combine saved credentials with OTP verification so a compromised password alone is not enough for unauthorised access.
Deposits & Withdrawals

635jl operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, balances, bets, and withdrawals are handled in PHP. There is no currency conversion involved, which makes it straightforward for players based anywhere in the Philippines.

635jl supports Philippine-local payment options including GCash, Maya, online banking, and direct bank transfer. These are processed in PHP with no foreign exchange fees. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or wagers on this platform.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method used and whether your KYC verification is complete. In general, e-wallet withdrawals via GCash or Maya are faster than bank transfers. Visit the Withdrawal page for full details on processing times and minimum amounts.

Common reasons include incomplete KYC verification, the withdrawal account name not matching your registered name, outstanding wagering requirements, or a pending account review. Make sure your identity documents are fully verified and that the payout account belongs to you. If you are unsure about the specific reason, contact the support team for clarification.

Yes, withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method and account tier. The Withdrawal page has the most up-to-date information on minimum and maximum amounts. VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits — check the VIP page for tier-specific details.

VIP & Rewards

The VIP programme rewards active players based on their activity across the platform. The more you play, the higher your tier. Each tier unlocks additional account benefits. Visit the VIP page for a full breakdown of the tier structure and what each level offers.

All registered 635jl players are automatically part of the VIP programme from the moment they create an account. Tier progression happens based on your activity — no separate application is required. Your current tier and progress are visible from your account dashboard once you log in.

VIP tier retention policies vary. Extended periods of inactivity may affect your standing depending on the tier level. The VIP page has details on how tier maintenance works and what activity is needed to retain your current level. If you have specific questions about your account, contact support directly.
Responsible Gaming
